Frequently asked questions from our customers

Translators work with written materials while interpreters deal with the spoken language. A translator deals with the written word, translating a text in a foreign language into their mother tongue. Interpreters listen to the context face to face & translate or repeat the text in different language.

We have a team of qualified translators who have a strong understanding of the cultures behind the languages they work in. Many of our translators are specialized in specific industries such as legal, medical, technical etc depending on nature of work translators are assigned the Job.

The cost of translation depends on number of factors such as nature of the document, technicality involved, Languages offered, length of the assignment etc. Mostly for translation assignments we charge by per word or sometimes even a flat fee may apply if the assignment is less than 250 words.

It normally takes around two to three business days to complete a translation. But we are always willing to work around tight deadlines, it may be completed even before if necessary or as per requirement.

In the United States, a translated document is considered a legal document only when it is accompanied by a certificate of translation, a certified translation consists of a statement signed by the translator and notarized by a Notary Public, attesting that the translator believes the translation to be accurate and complete. This is generally known as “Certification of Translation”.

We usually email our clients directly in MS Word, Translations which need certification can only be returned by regular post or for overnight mailing at an additional charge via FEDEX.

We only work with qualified, professional interpreters, who have total fluency in more than one language. The Interpreters are highly experienced & have a good command over both the Languages & the field requested. Depending on your particular assignment and location, we choose someone who specializes in the relevant field, and who is based closest to the area requested

The cost of the Interpreter depends on Language Offered, Location Area, How far the Interpreter is from the requested area, length of the assignment ( usually minimum two hours of service) & also the nature of the Job which may be legal, medical, technical etc.

It’s never too early to book an interpreter, finding someone at short notice can be difficult, especially when multiple languages are involved, so it’s best to book as early as possible.
